Register for your Pilates/Strength Training class
Our Exercise Physiologist, Melanie Dean, will “mix it up” in this class. Pilates mat work will form the basis of the workout, with some strengthening exercises added in. Our class caters to beginners as well as those who may be familiar with this popular exercise method.
Improve your posture, flexibility and muscle tone so you’ll feel more energized every day! You’ll be less prone to injuries and pain from improper posture and movement in daily living. Pair this class with our Thursday Mat Pilates class to form the basis of a great weekly exercise program.
